Compass

Compass is a 32” x 24” acrylic on canvas built around a strong, centered energy that pulls you in right away.

The middle of the painting feels almost like a bloom or a living core — layered whites, greens, and soft earthy tones coming together in a way that feels organic and grounded. It’s detailed but not rigid, with natural lines that feel intuitive rather than calculated.

From that center point, the color expands outward in rings — bold purples, electric greens, teal, and bright yellow — each layer slightly jagged and full of movement. The paint feels alive here, almost vibrating as it moves away from the middle. Toward the edges, the colors shift into warm oranges and golden tones that stretch outward like rays, giving the whole piece a sense of release and expansion.
